I really like this series. I actually came up with this before I’d ever heard of Walt Kelly’s Pogo. But when I did find out about it, I suddenly became self-conscious of this series because it smacked of repetition. Also, when I tried to continue with these characters, I felt like the jokes fell flat. I think it’s because the characters are only based on ideas and not people, and the characters and world would require a lot more fleshing out if this series were to continue.
